Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all products that are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the item, at the buyer's expense, no questions asked.

A 15% restrocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount up to a maximum of 120 USD.

Item must not have been worn and must still have tags attached, if tags were present upon reception. In order to request a return please contact us at info@luxuriaco.com with 'RETURN REQUEST' written in the subject line. The parcel must be shipped with tracking to the address provided in the e-mail accepting the return and clearly labelled as a return. We are not responsible for refunding lost or undelivered parcels. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds on items that are not returned in their original condition.

Returns from Canada:

- Must be returned to Canadian address provided.

Returns from USA:

- Must be returned to US address provided.

Returns from Europe:

- Must be returned to European address provided.

Returns from all other countries:

- We will pick the address closest to you in order to minimize your return shipping fees.

In order to limit the need for returns and exchanges, we are happy to provide you with approximate size measurements and diagrams for every product in the product descriptions so that you can ensure that the item will be a good fit before purchase. If you need any additional information about the size of a specific product please contact us directly and we will gladly supply this information.
